Quick Tomato and Basil Sauce

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 tbsp of Basil
  • 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
  • 1 clove of Garlic – finely chopped
  • 200g Tinned Tomatoes

 Method 

  1. Combined all the ingredients in a food processor and whiz together.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minute until heated through.
  3. Enjoy!!
